JOHANNESBURG - Finance Minister Enoch Godongwana will present the 2025 Budget in Parliament on Wednesday.
He will outline government's financial strategy and spending priorities.
One of the areas being watched is bailouts for State-Owned Enterprises.

Momentum economist Sanisha Packisamy says after Eskom, Transnet is the big focus.
She says any bailout must come with conditions.
"If we look at our stressed finances, at the moment there is very little room to give bailout to state-owned entities that are unconditional," she said.
