JOHANNESBURG - The stagnant economy and rising cost of living are forcing South Africans to further tighten their belts.
A new customer experience survey by InfoQuest and Decapod shows that only 15 percent of consumers are satisfied with their finances.
Most households are cutting back on day-to-day spending.
InfoQuest Africa managing director Claire Heckrath said the findings were interesting.
"We found that people are cutting back a lot more in different areas," she said.
