JOHANNESBURG - Fuel price pressures remain mixed in early February.
The latest data shows petrol is marginally in over-recovery territory, with 95 octane at 6.1 cents per litre and 93 octane at 6.8 cents.
This indicates a small increase in petrol prices.
But diesel continues to face significant under-recoveries down between 44 cents and nearly 47 cents.
That's good news for diesel users as prices could decrease.
The movement is being driven by softer international product prices while the rand remains a key factor to watch.
