JOHANNESBURG - As we head into November, motorists may finally get some relief.
The latest Central Energy Fund data shows a growing over-recovery, meaning pump prices could drop.
Petrol’s over-recovery is between 57 to 61 cents per litre, with diesel around 25 cents.
But it’s not guaranteed, as global oil prices and the rand’s strength in the coming weeks will be key in determining the final November numbers.
