Kganyago: SA entering low-inflation era

JOHANNESBURG - Reserve Bank Governor Lesetja Kganyago says South Africa is entering an era of low inflation.

The Bank's target band is between 3 and 6 percent, with the current rate sitting 4.5 percent.

However, earlier this year indicated that it preferred a lower 3 percent target.

Kganyago was speaking at the South Africa Tomorrow Investment summit hosted by the JSE.
