CAPE TOWN - Trevor Manuel will retire as the Chair of Old Mutual in June.
The former Finance Minister has served on the Old Mutual board since 2016.
Manuel turned 70 in January, which is the retirement age for directors at the financial services and insurance group.
Old Mutual made the announcement while reporting its results for 2025 on Tuesday.
Former Chair of FirstRand, Roger Jardine, will take over at the Annual General Meeting in June.
