COP28 Climate Summit | Earth and Dubai meeting in race against time

DUBAI - UN Secretary-General, Antonio Guterres, has made a last-minute appeal to negotiators at COP28’s climate talks in Dubai to negotiate in good faith.

The summit wraps up on Tuesday in the oil-rich United Arab Emirates.

Guterres says several outstanding issues being negotiated may cause the climate summit to run into extra time.
