Discussion | Flight Disruptions | ATNS review impacting flights
JOHANNESBURG - Disruptions owing to outdated instrument flight procedures are once again a topic of discussion.
This comes after flights were cancelled last week at King Phalo Airport in East London.
The airport could not handle the severe weather conditions after the suspension of some of its Instrument Flight Procedures.
Traffic and Navigation Services recently announced flight disruptions may be expected at several airports due to an air navigation compliance review process.
Air Traffic and Navigation Services spokesperson Mphilo Dlamini spoke to eNCA in the video above.
