JOHANNESBURG - South Africa’s steel company, ArcelorMittal, is struggling to survive and when it holds its AGM this Friday it will be met by demonstrators.

The Vaal Environmental Justice Alliance is planning to state a protest outside its headquarters.
It has also applied to the courts in a bid to set aside ArcelorMittal’s refusal to provide it with access to documents linked to the environmental impact of operations.
