JOHANNESBURG - Despite growing pressure on consumers' disposable income, the Clicks Group announced a resilient performance in the year ended 31 August.
Their earnings grew by 11.5 percent.
The brand also shows popularity with its Clubcard loyalty programme growing to 10.4 million active members.
The group further invested R930-million in expansion as it opened its 850th store and 700th pharmacy during the year.
But they expect trading conditions to remain extremely constrained in the new financial year.
