JOHANNESBURG - Non-compliance with the Companies and Intellectual Property Commission, could lead to serious consequences for businesses.
According to the CIPC’s annual report, almost 650 000 companies were deregistered in 2023, largely due to missed annual returns.

The affected companies would not be able to trade or process invoices once deregistered.
