CAPE TOWN -South African women in corporate South Africa are still struggling to break through the glass ceiling.
And even when they do, they are paid less than their male counterparts for doing the same job.
This is one of the key findings in the forthcoming Pnet Women’s Month Job Market Trends Report, which paints a grime picture of gender inequality within the workplace.
According Pnet head of insights Paul Bryne in senior leadership positions or even director roles there is at least a 16% pay gab.
