E-tolls | Gauteng motorists to be refunded

JOHANNESBURG - Almost R6.9bn will be refunded to Gauteng motorists who have been paying their e-toll bills.

However, Premier Panyaza Lesufi is unsure how the refunds will be made.

He's hoping to finalise the matter before his maiden State of the Province Address later this month.
