HARARE - The European Union is shifting its stance on Zimbabwe.
It accused Zimbabwe of human rights violations and imposed sanctions in the 2000s.
But now it's calling for bold investment in our northern neighbour.
This was the resolution after the bloc's first business forum in Zimbabwe.
