POLOKWANE - The National Liquor Traders Association is taking the Limpopo government to court to challenge its midnight curfew.
The provincial government is to impose a ban on alcohol sales after midnight.
It's due to come into effect on Tuesday next month.
Convener of the liquor traders, Lucky Ntimane, says the people of Limpopo have been let down by their government.
