CAPE TOWN - Finance Minister Enoch Godongwana is tabling a third budget proposal for the 2025/26 financial year.
His first attempt didn’t take off. The second was shot down.
If his third attempt is to fly, Godongwana will have to make everyone happy - the markets, the politicians and South Africans.
