Mbombela property owners advised to evaluate their properties

MBOMBELA - Mbombela property owners are being advised to check the market value of their properties to ensure they don't overpay for municipal services.

Homeowners can inspect and object to the General Valuation roll if they feel the municipal value of their property is higher than the market value.

But the clock is ticking, as ratepayers have until 2 August 2024 to object to the current valuations.

Esteani Marx, the head of Real Estate at the Lightstone, discussed this with eNCA.
