Motsoaledi: Home Affairs offers skilled-worker visas

JOHANNESBURG - Home Affairs Minister Aaron Motsoaledi says he is issued 604 skilled-worker visas in the past two weeks.

This after local and foreign investors had warned that investment projects were at risk of being halted because key personnel were unable to enter the country.

Motsoaledi says his department sped up the VISA approvals after reaching out to embassies.

However, the minister lashed out at the investors for singling out South Africa as having delays.
