The Law Society SA's Ncumisa Motenjwa said, "One can think of many situations or scenarios ...if one is coming from a big family, is an unmarried single woman, has no children/has children and gets to also take care of many other dependents and siblings... You may find that there's no direction in a form of a will, there'd be a lot of disputes within families and loved ones.."

"We've got legal practitioners, attorneys, firms all around SA that have provided the service of drafting a basic will...one can visit website of LSSA and make a contact you'll be directed to a firm nearby you in any town of SA."
