Pick n Pay continues to embrace sustainability

JOHANNESBURG - In a bid to boost the recycling culture in South Africa, Pick n Pay has launched ten additional Reverse Vending Machines in some stores.

At these machines, customers can recycle items in exchange for rewards.

Pick n Pay's sustainability manager, Steffen Burrows, says they hope to educate more consumers about the importance of recycling.

The machines have been placed in selected stores in Gauteng, the Western Cape and the Eastern Cape.
