Retailers in KZN fail inspections

DURBAN - The National Consumer Commission has revealed widespread non-compliance among KwaZulu-Natal retailers. 

Their findings include products with missing or incorrect labels, goods sold past their expiry dates, and issues with pricing transparency and inaccurate sales records.

These violations pose risks to consumer safety and rights.
