BRAZIL - South Africa is strengthening ties with Brazil.
Tourism Minister Patricia de Lille has accompanied President Cyril Ramaphosa on a state visit.
She signed a Tourism Action Plan for the next three years with her Brazilian counterpart Feliciano Belo.
