JOHANNESBURG - The owner of Sandton City says the mall is trading as usual despite the US embassy’s warning of a possible terrorist attack this weekend.
Co-owner Liberty Two Degrees says it is actively monitoring the situation and has appropriate security measures in place in and around Sandton City.
The President’s office says threats are assessed continuously and, should the need arise, the government will inform the public about any imminent threat.
