JOHANNESBURG - The partial privatisation of South African Airways is off. Retiring Public Enterprises Minister  Pravin  Gordhan cancelled the deal that would have seen the Takatso Consortium take over 51-percent of ownership. But three years after Takatso was announced as the preferred bidder, the process has now unraveled. SAFTU General Secretary Zwelinzima Vavi unpacked this with eNCA.
