CAPE TOWN - The South African Revenue Service is warning the public against dodgy tax professionals.

SARS Commissioner Edward Kieswetter says he's concerned with non-compliance and delinquent behaviour among tax practitioners.

He presented the 2023 financial year revenue collections on Wednesday but to discuss how to spot a dodgy tax advisor, senior tax specialist at Mazars, Tertius Troost, spoke to eNCA.
