Africa's major cities at the forefront
CAIRO, EGYPT - The 12th World Urban Forum kicks off in Egypt on Monday.
The four-day event takes place every two-years and focuses on major urban challenges facing world cities.
Africa is at the forefront of this year’s gathering, with major cities like Kinshasa, Lagos,
and Johannesburg projected to become some of the world’s largest metropolitan hubs by 2035.
Slindelo Masikane was in attendance and spoke to Gauteng Premier Panyaza Lesufi.
