JOHANNESBURG - Businessman Suliman Carrim's application to postpone his appearance before the Madlanga Commission will be heard next Friday.
Carrim failed to appear before the commission this week, citing illness.

Carrim has repeatedly cited ill health, but evidence leaders are seeking CCTV footage from a Cape Town shopping centre where he was allegedly seen having a meal.
Evidence leader Matthew Chaskalson has previously said that the Commission intends to subpoena Carrim's doctor to question the validity of his medical absence.
