JOHANNESBURG - Police captain Phimi Sekgobela has told the court that alleged hitman Musa Kekana wasn't assaulted during his arrest, and that Kekana gave police permission to search his property.
Sekgobela took the stand in the ongoing trial within a trial in the attempted murder case against Vusimuzi 'Cat' Matlala and four others.
The defence is challenging the admissibility of evidence obtained during Kekana's arrest.
