The summit has adopted a decision to implement the crucial loss and damage fund, which will ensure the rescue and rehabilitation of countries facing the effects of climate change.

Local Government and Revenue Expert Miyelani Holeni says countries that emit harmful gases into the atmosphere are the ones that are likely to contribute more to the fund.
