JOHANNESBURG - Suspended National Police Commissioner Fannie Masemola will on Wednesday appear in court on charges linked to the R360 million Medicare24 tender.
Masemola will join controversial businessman Vusimuzi 'Cat' Matlala and other high raking police officers in the dock.
The top cop faces charges of breaching the Public Finance Management Act.

This case has intensified scrutiny over accountability and alleged wrongdoing at the highest levels of the police service.
The contract, meant to provide healthcare services to the SAPS,
