BAD LUCK? OR BAD BUSINESS?

On the face of it, Diren Bhaga, is a normal guy.

He has a family to take care of and, just like the rest of us, has bills to pay.

Dig a little deeper, though, and Diren’s “family man” image isn’t as clean cut. Members of his own community claim he is a serial scamster who has no qualms with lifting cash off people he knows, in a series of cons ranging from disappearing groceries and now, a transport rip-off.

We go looking for Diren and discover a neighbourhood filled with Mr Bhaga’s casualties.

PRIORITY ESCAPES – END OF THE RUNWAY?

Last year we featured luxury island holiday agent Francois Swart, MD of Priority Escapes who had shut up shop leaving hundreds of angry and disappointed holiday makers baying for their money.  

Those antics earned him the ire of a Limpopo couple who laid charges in Modimolle that saw him arrested just after Christmas. We attend Francois' second court appearance and challenge him on the slew of allegations.
