Fire season | Public advised to be alert for flare-ups

CAPE TOWN -  Cape Town Fire and Rescue services are urging the public to exercise caution as wildfire flare-ups continue.
On Sunday afternoon, firefighters responded to a vegetation fire along the R27 near Melkbosstrand.
Last week crews battled to contain fires that had been raging in Simon's Town and Glencairn.
