JOHANNESBURG - Cooperative Governance and Traditional Affairs Minister Velenkosini Hlabisa has visited the Ditsobotla Local Municipality in the North West to assess progress under the newly elected leadership.
The municipality has faced governance instability and repeated interventions in recent years.
The minister spoke to eNCA about what he hopes his visit will achieve for the area.
