JOHANNESBURG - The Black Entrepreneurs Alliance is calling for more access to credit for the unbanked and blacklisted.
It says Trade, Industry, and Competition Minister, Parks Tau, should make this a priority.
The Alliance says a lack of credit facilities is the reason illegal micro lenders exist.
