JOHANNESBURG - Another family of an anti-apartheid activist is hoping to get justice at the Gauteng High Court sitting in Benoni.
Three apartheid era police officers are back in court for the murder of student leader, Caiphus Nyoka, in 1987.
Leon Louis van den Berg, Abram Hercules Engelbrecht and Pieter Stander are facing murder charges in Benoni today.
The three have pleaded not guilty to the murder committed 37 years ago.
Another apartheid policeman, John Marais, has already been found guilty.
Nyoka was shot dead at his Daveyton home when he was just 23 years old.
