NAIROBI - A team of e-mobility researchers has embarked on a 6000 kilometre journey. 

But this is no ordinary travel for this 6 member group.

They're doing it on two electric motorcycles, all the way from Nairobi in Kenya to Stellenbosch.

This is a collaboration between engineers at Stellenbosch University, and Kenya-based electric vehicle designer and developer, Roam.

They expect to arrive in Stellenbosch on 16 October.
