JOHANNESBURG - At least 40% of the population of the Western Cape and Gauteng will not have enough food by 2025.

This is according to research commissioned by the Shoprite Group towards the end of last year. It found that Limpopo will suffer the worst food insecurity.
It's now urging people to reduce food waste.
