He has trained under world renowned chefs and worked in kitchens across South Africa, the US and Dubai.
His first restaurant, Tilting Heads Taco Cafe & Margarita Bar, has brought Mexican fusion to Gqeberha.
Now, as head chef at Second Story and New York Minute in Johannesburg, he continues to push boundaries.
