JOHANNESBURG - Anti-drug NPO, World Changers Candidate, is warning parents ahead of next week's 'pens down' parties weekend.
That is because in previous years the parties have seen many pupils being injured or killed.
The NPO is urging parents and pupils to say no to these parties.
