Group training provides support for pilates fans

JOHANNESBURG - Joseph Pilates developed the exercise regimen named after him in the early 20th century, while held in a war camp on the Isle of Man. 

More than a century later, it's popular worldwide, with enthusiasts finding communities of friends in addition to the physical benefits of the exercise.
