JOHANNESBURG - Soweto's Olwethu Mhlongo is flying the South African flag high.
She's the newly crowned International Miss Preteen 2024.
The event recently took place in Denver, Colorado, in the US.

Mhlongo was among 60 participants vying for the crown.
