BLOEMFONTEIN - The Mangaung Metropolitan Municipality has confirmed the reopening of the Bloemfontein Zoo.
According to NSPCA, the zoo currently faces criminal charges for grave violations of the Animal Protection Act.
It's alleged that several of the zoo's animals have suffered from neglect.
