PRETORIA - Former President Thabo Mbeki is delivering the keynote address at the inaugural Professor Stan Sangweni Memorial Lecture in Pretoria on Saturday.
The Public Service Commission alongside Unisa and the National School of Government will celebrate Sangweni's legacy.
