JOHANNESBURG - Family, friends and colleagues gathered in Daveyton on the Ekurhuleni, to pay their last respects to veteran actress Connie Chiume.
The 72-year-old was accorded a special provincial official funeral after passing away in a Johannesburg hospital last week.
Fellow actors say she received a send-off, befitting a thespian of her calibre.
