JOHANNESBURG - Limpopo police have launched a manhunt for a 34-year-old suspect who escaped from custody on Sunday.
Tumelo Raledi is considered dangerous and was arrested for violent crimes, including rape, attempted murder, and two murders.
He escaped while under police guard at Maphutha Malatji Hospital in Namakgale.
Police say all available resources are being used to track him down and are urging anyone with information to contact them.
