JOHANNESBURG - More than 100 MPs from around the world are standing with South Africa.
They have called on US President, Donald Trump to retract his executive order suspending aid to South Africa.

The former Finance Minister of Greece is now on the Council of the Progressive International.
He says South Africa is being punished for its support of Palestine and pursuit of land reform.
Professor Yanis Varoufakis is a Greek politician, author and he sits on the council of the Progressive International.
He joined eNCA to discuss the initiative.
