DURBAN - A surveillance analyst has told the Durban High Court that he received threats after testifying in the trial into the murders of Kiernan “AKA” Forbes and Tebello “Tibz” Motsoane.
On Monday, CCTV footage from King Shaka International Airport was played in court. It showed a man believed to be one of the accused following Forbes and his entourage after they arrived in Durban.
The man appeared to maintain a safe distance from the group while seemingly speaking on his phone.

Forbes and Motsoane were killed on the same day.
Seven men are on trial for their murders. They have pleaded not guilty to charges that include murder, attempted murder and unlawful possession of firearms.
A ballistics expert has also linked bullet casings recovered from two separate shootings to the same firearm.
The State is seeking to establish whether firearms allegedly used in the killings are linked to other cases.
