PRETORIA – The Madlanga Commission has rejected North West businessman Suleiman Carrim's application for his testimony to be heard in-camera.
Commission chairperson Mbuyiseli Madlanga said reasons will be handed out after the tea adjournment.

Carrim through his attorneys lodged the application last Friday, stating he had received death threats ahead of his testimony.
Carrim will begin his two-day testimony before the commission on Monday.
His lawyer Kameel Premhid said there were threats to Carrim’s life, family and his businesses.
