CAPE TOWN - Former Miss South Africa finalist and Miss Universe Nigeria 2024, Chidimma Adetshina, is set to appear in the Cape Town Regional Court on Monday.
She is challenging the move by Home Affairs to deport her.
In June, authorities arrested Adetshina after discovering that she and her minor son were living in South Africa without legal immigration status.
The case stems from an investigation into her family’s documentation that began during her Miss SA journey in 2024.
