Zuma spent over a week in hospital, undergoing what his MK Party described as routine checks.
But the Jacob G. Zuma Foundation has denied that he's been discharged.

Zuma was admitted to Netcare St Anne’s Hospital in Pietermaritzburg last week.
His doctors are expected to assess his condition on Tuesday and, if satisfied, clear him to travel to his Nkandla homestead.
The Presidency previously said the 84-year-old had been admitted for a routine check-up, which he undergoes twice a year, and was under the care of the surgeon-general.
